Customer Success Team Lead

About the Role:

The Customer Success Team Leader will oversee a group of Customer Success Managers, responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences and driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Mentor, support, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to consistently deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development planning for each team member.
  • Create an environment that fosters accountability, growth, and customer-centric thinking within the team.
  • Establish onboarding and ongoing enablement programs to enhance team capabilities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Product Management, and Renewals to align on account strategies and customer needs. They will gather product feedback and customer insights to influence roadmap prioritization and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned strategies and customer success.

Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted solutions.
