Excellence and Execution
  • Ensure the store operates safely and efficiently at all times.
  • Cultivate Shift Leads and Sales Advisors to deliver seamless operations without directly completing tasks.
  • Leverage launches, events, and campaigns to drive business growth and achieve key targets.
  • Promote accurate execution of processes and guidelines in collaboration with your team.

Driving Performance
  • Drive coaching and performance development to raise the bar for your team.
  • Lead your team to deliver consistent, exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
  • Promote sales and contribution through sustained delivery of key inputs.
  • Demonstrate digital confidence across platforms, including Time & Attendance, MyHR, Teams, and PowerBI.

People Management
  • Support your team throughout the entire employee lifecycle: hiring, duty of care, Return to Work, scheduling, holiday management, and more.
  • Effectively manage new starters through probation.
  • Identify and develop talent to meet future succession needs.
  • Ensure prompt completion of duty of care calls and Returns to Work.
  • Conduct absence review meetings where applicable.
  • Complete 100% of check-ins, celebrating success and managing performance.
  • Guarantee compliance learning completion by all colleagues.
