Job Opportunity: Property Services Officer

This role offers a great chance to step into a client-facing position in a supportive housing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out thorough property inspections, surveys, and defect diagnoses
  • Oversight of maintenance works, including responsive, cyclical, and planned activities
  • Management of contractors to ensure quality standards are met
  • Providing technical advice to colleagues and tenants
  • Maintenance of accurate asset and property records
Requirements:
  • Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property maintenance or surveying
  • In-depth knowledge of housing maintenance, building pathology, and health and safety
  • Strong reporting and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (desired)
  • Full driving license and flexibility to travel
