Our services include sales, lettings, property management, block management, student accommodation, commercial lettings & sales, and valuations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Property/ Block Manager at Maher Property Advisors in Carlow. The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, handling leases, property management tasks, lease administration, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties
  • Handle leases and lease administration
  • Carry out property management tasks and provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners
Qualifications
  • Current PSRA license – Category C & D
  • Own car and full driving license
  • Experience of using a CRM such as LetMan/BlockMan
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Be self-motivated, goal driven, able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to act on own initiative, and cover other positions when required
  • Team player
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Minimum 3 years experience
Remuneration

Remuneration: Good basic salary, bonus, travel & mobile phone. 21 Days holidays
