Site Manager

A high-achieving Site Manager is required to lead construction projects in a professional and dynamic organization. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals to make a significant impact.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality products to end-users while fostering strong relationships with design teams and client representatives.
  • Maintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service, ensuring contracts are completed safely, on time, and snag-free.
  • Report progress accurately and timely to senior project managers.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure their work meets the required standard with minimal rework.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects as per contract documents.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with construction management teams, subcontractors, and supply chains.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Site Manager.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction/Project Management (desirable).
  • Deep knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Project or similar scheduling packages.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Keen eye for finishes and proven track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated individual with good judgment under pressure.
  • Effective manager capable of motivating and driving the workforce.
  • Commercially conscious with market and competitor awareness.
