Key Role: Chief Operating Officer

This senior leadership position is responsible for the oversight and governance of all outsourced services across Merchant Operations, Risk Operations, and Product Development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex service provider relationships and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define success metrics and performance standards for outsourced services and ensure service providers adhere to these standards.
  • Lead the EEA Operations team, including the Customer Operations Manager and Merchant Operations Manager, to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement performance assessment frameworks and reporting tools to measure service provider performance.

  • Possess a strategic mindset and ability to drive long-term business goals while delivering day-to-day results.
  • Foster strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies to enhance overall business performance.
