Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery function, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, delivering contractual obligations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with customers, managing their expectations, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, including regular communication and issue resolution
- Oversee the delivery of contractual obligations, including contract performance management and reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as engineering and customer services, to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce costs
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deliverables, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A-level education or equivalent experience
- ITIL 3/4 Foundation Certificate and experience in a service role or environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
