\We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our repair workshop, you will be responsible for remanufacturing and repairing equipment to the highest standards.
\This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to work with a variety of mechanical components, including vacuum pumps and associated equipment. You will be required to diagnose faults, assess wear and damage, and carry out repairs to ensure equipment performs reliably.
\You will also play a key role in building custom equipment systems designed to meet unique customer needs. This will involve assembling bespoke systems tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients across a range of industries.
\Duties Involve:
\- Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble vacuum pumps and associated equipment.
- Diagnose faults, assess wear, and damage, and carry out repairs to ensure equipment performs reliably.
- Assemble custom-built vacuum systems to precise specifications using a variety of mechanical components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets high standards of performance and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions for customers.
Requirements:
\- Practical experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
- 3+ years' experience working within a Mechanical Maintenance role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to read technical drawings and follow assembly instructions.
- A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety practices.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
