We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Security Manager at our esteemed resort. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and owners' assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining high standards of security, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent/minimise loss from theft and other safety risks.
  • Train and educate all team members on current safety issues to ensure compliance with all company policies and current security regulations.
  • Manage the daily operation of security to achieve or exceed expectations.
  • Ensure that operational equipment used by the security team is functioning correctly and that any defects are reported and rectified in a timely manner.
  • Proactively maintain and control operating costs of the security department whilst maintaining standards set by SOPs.
  • Assume the role of Health & Safety Officer ensuring that all health & safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to, regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
  • Assume the role of GDPR Officer monitoring and coordinating the Company's compliance with GDPR and internal data protection policies and procedures.
  • Investigate any allegations of crime/breaches within the hotel in a professional, objective and caring manner.
