Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver innovative solutions for clinical development and data systems.

  • Maintain and develop expertise in business process understanding, development, and support.
  • Provide technical knowledge and coordination of business system support, maintenance, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure continued access to systems by resolving issues quickly and applying root cause analysis as needed.
  • Support users with queries and incidents according to agreed Service Level Agreements.
Skill and Qualification Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • Aplied experience in medical, quality, clinical drug development, or clinical information flow.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly and succinctly with team members and leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; able to anticipate and recognize problems, diagnose root causes and take corrective action to prevent recurrence within the team.

In addition, we welcome candidates with:

  • Advanced degree in relevant field.
  • Experience in clinical development data systems as well as current and evolving technologies to support clinical development.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in project management of data migration and reporting.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
