About Our Organization
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in a key role that involves maximizing the supply of affordable homes.
Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across the country and will include quality and compliance reporting for asset management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide independent monitoring and reporting on asset management activities and operations, including planned preventative and cyclical maintenance, fire safety risk assessments, insurance risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the wider asset management team, external agents and property consultants to establish oversight at regular intervals.
Person Specifications/Requirements:
- A third-level qualification in building surveying, building services, facilities or property management, with a compliance qualification being an advantage.
- At least three years' experience in a similar role such as technical, asset management or property/construction in the residential sector.
