Job Title: Asset Management Executive

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the asset management function within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders including financial information, operations, and variance analysis.
  2. Calculate and review various performance returns.
  3. Support and coordinate cash distributions on behalf of clients, including capital calls and distributions to investors.
  4. Prepare, review, analyze, and interpret accounting records, financial statements, footnotes, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  5. Cash flow management and forecasting, including monitoring of asset-level debt and related covenants.

Requirements:

  1. Big 4 and/or relevant industry experience.
  2. Experience working with aircraft leasing platforms is required; experience working with closed-end funds, private equity would be beneficial.
