Ultrasound Opportunity

Medica Group, the market leader in teleradiology and managed radiology services to the UK and Ireland, is seeking a new colleague to join its growing Ultrasound team.

We require specialisations in MSK, DDH or paediatrics, however if you have hands-on experience in general ultrasound, please get in touch.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sonographer looking for a new challenge with our company.

We are a radiology services provider employing over 180 staff members. We deliver managed service solutions to public and private hospitals and have patient services in MRI, Ultrasound, CT, DXA, Obstetrics and X-Ray.

We are a clinically led, patient-focused organisation with industry experts including Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers and Midwife Sonographers.

Our proven track record shows improvement in access for patients through the resolution of traditional radiology bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies while simultaneously reducing costs for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality images in accordance with our procedures and protocols.

Provide a quality service for all patients by treating each individual with courtesy, kindness, efficiency, efficacy and confidentiality.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical, technical and radiographic developments in relation to sonography and promote awareness of new developments.

Ensure best practices are implemented and take responsibility for the general cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the clinical areas of all ultrasound services and clinics.
