Technical Service Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to provide expert support and after-sales service for veterinary imaging equipment, including ultrasound, X-ray, and endoscopy systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring seamless service delivery, supporting customers both remotely and onsite, while maintaining high-quality standards and promoting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of medical imaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT and network issues related to imaging systems.
- Carry out onsite service visits to customer premises, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Complete all necessary service documentation, updating internal systems to support business processes.
- Manage service stock accurately and efficiently.
- Support the development of the service business in your territory.
- Ensure adherence to service processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent and promote company values to all customers and partners.
- Previous experience in a field service or technical support environment.
- Experience with medical device equipment (desirable but not essential).
- Good understanding of IT systems and networking.
- Strong communicator with excellent customer-facing skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
