We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative IT solutions and exceptional support to our internal client base that align with MMC's technology standards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently at a high level. We expect you to work with our partners to understand business and technology problems or opportunities.

  • Provide process guidance and governance on technology obsolescence, component re-use and platform modernisation
  • Design, document and communicate solution designs that accommodate the Agile Principles of fail fast and provide the resilience necessary to accommodate changing and fluid requirements
  • Incorporate reuse, standardization and security-by-design into your solution designs to simplify, secure and accelerate technology delivery
  • Be innovative in your design thinking and use your expertise to influence the MMC technology roadmap

You will take your architectural designs through our onboarding processes to ensure they meet MMC's standards and conventions. You will participate in architecture reviews as part of MMC's Architecture Assurance process.

This role requires significant experience with various technologies, architectures and methodologies including MEAN stack, .Net core, Python, containerisation / Kubernetes, microservice based architecture, Secure By Design concepts and Secure DevOps.
