Experienced Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality drinks and serve food that delights customers
  • Keep the bar area clean and well-maintained
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently
  • Work effectively as part of a team and maintain excellent communication skills
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure that all equipment is in good working order
  • Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
