Job Title: Senior Engineering Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of water and wastewater schemes. Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering consultancy, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver water and wastewater schemes at various project stages from feasibility to detailed design, contract document preparation, and construction administration.
  • Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in Ireland and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Manage projects or support the Project Manager in the management and monitoring of project delivery within defined budget and programme requirements.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage project risks.
  • Maintain adherence to quality assurance standards in design.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in engineering consultancy, project management, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including design standards and codes.
