We are seeking an accomplished leader to head our structural engineering team. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for spearheading project design and overseeing a team of junior engineers and technicians.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans ensuring timely delivery and excellence in quality
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project progress and satisfaction
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and building assessments to inform project decisions
  • Ensure seamless project execution by maintaining ISO 9000 quality standards
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in a consultancy setting, preferably with senior leadership roles
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Level 8 or higher), with a strong academic record
  • Possession of Chartered status with Engineers Ireland or IStructE, or working towards chartership
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Residency in Ireland, with a valid driving license
