Technical Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our organization in Dublin. This role requires strong technical expertise and business acumen to analyze and improve business processes using Salesforce.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and other departments to optimize business processes via Salesforce.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications.
- Provide exceptional user support, troubleshoot issues, and create training materials to ensure seamless system adoption.
- Maintain data quality and guarantee smooth integrations with other systems.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as the bridge between business teams and IT, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business process improvements.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
