Reperio has partnered with a leading retail and SME bank in Ireland who are seeking a Business Analyst to join its data and analytics team. This is a permanent position with hybrid working options available within the Republic of Ireland.

In this role, you'll act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into effective data solutions. You'll help make complex data accessible and actionable, support the development of data products, and ensure insights are embedded into business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to identify data and analytics needs.
  • Translate business needs into clear data, analytics, and reporting requirements.
  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Support the development of data product backlogs and plans.
  • Help align technical delivery with business goals through clear documentation and communication.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics or related field.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and process modelling methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of data and analytics concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
