Leading a construction team is a dynamic and challenging role that requires the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of large-scale commercial, residential, and educational projects valued at up to €40m.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in construction, civil, or structural engineering. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at once.

A BSC Degree or higher is required, along with proficiency in MS Office - Word, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint. The selected individual will also demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and the ability to write and evaluate reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role
  • BSC Degree or higher in Construction, Civil, or Structural Engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at once
  • Knowledge of legal requirements especially in regard to the engineering role and duties
  • Ability to write and evaluate reports
