Customer Service Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Ashford Castle, a 13th-century castle hotel, is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on this challenging role.

  • Manage all guest arrivals and departures in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Answer switchboard calls and effectively transfer calls to the correct extensions.
  • Support the reservations team in completing reservations as required.
  • Operate computerized systems for reservations, arrivals, and departures ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
