Senior Environmental Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as Associate Director in our Environmental Science team.

This key position plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our environmental services by leading a multidisciplinary team of experts.

The successful candidate will oversee project planning and delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective results. They will also manage client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and supervise team members.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in an environmental discipline and Chartership status
  • At least 15 years of post-graduate experience, including 5 years in a senior or managerial position
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary design teams
  • A strong track record of engagements with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants

In addition, you should possess excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in budget creation and financial management of projects.
