**Job Title:** Director of Sustainable Development

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our sustainability strategy, collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure integration of sustainability principles into project design and delivery.

**Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sustainability assessments, energy modeling, and carbon reduction strategies
  • Ensure compliance with global sustainability certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, and WELL
  • Drive innovation in energy-efficient solutions and life cycle assessments
  • Mentor and manage a team of sustainability engineers and consultants
  • Represent the company at industry events and build partnerships with external organizations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sustainability, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record of managing sustainability strategies within the design or consultancy sectors
  • Expertise in energy modeling, carbon footprint assessments, and life cycle analysis
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing and growing talent within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
