Enhance Lending Growth Opportunities

This critical role is responsible for overseeing the lending function, driving growth, and ensuring policies align with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will lead a lending team, assess and approve loans, review lending processes, and identify new business opportunities.
A strong credit analysis and underwriting background in personal and SME lending is essential. Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and people management experience are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lending process and lead the lending team.
- Assess and approve loans according to regulations and policies.
- Review and enhance lending policies, processes, and procedures.
- Identify new business growth opportunities and develop strategies.
Requirements:
- Relevant MCC qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in results-driven lending role.
- At least 3 years of people management experience.
- Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
