About the Role:

As a Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering individualized day-to-day activities in a residential setting, promoting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our service users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to young people in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of each young person
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Child and Adult Psychotherapy, or Teaching. You must also be eligible to register as a Social Care Worker with CORU and possess a full Irish Driver's License.
