We are seeking a Financial Planning and Cost Accountant to partner with our business stakeholders in driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with key leaders in the organization to provide operational support on a day-to-day basis.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Business Partnership: Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.
  2. Financial Analysis: Drive decision-making through robust financial analysis, focusing on capital investment, cost-saving, and innovation initiatives.
  3. Operational Performance Reporting: Communicate performance insights across all levels, from shareholders to factory management.
Key Deliverables
  • Design and implement a comprehensive Line and Product Efficiency Model.
  • Own and manage product costings and gross margin analysis.
  • Analyze and optimize gross margin by SKU.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Planning and Accounting or Manufacturing Cost Accountant within a manufacturing environment or related field.
  • Prior experience in assessing and implementing new systems and software to drive improvements and changes.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
