As a financial accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our company's financial reporting with timely and accurate financial information. You will have strong analytical skills and a solid grounding in accounting principles, eager to gain exposure to a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, including additions, disposals, and physical verification, with monthly reporting.
  • Prepare monthly SAP journal entries, including accruals and prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Control inventory general ledgers, report insurance costs, and monitor policies.
  • Assist with internal and external audit queries, working with the finance team and other departments for statutory reporting requirements.
  • Timely execute intercompany recharges to group companies, VAT, Intrastat, and VIES reporting.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in general accounting within a finance function is essential.
  • Experience working in a multinational manufacturing environment is preferable.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP FICO or Oracle (or other large ERP systems) is essential.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills are necessary.
  • General accounting experience, strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.
  • Fluency in MS Office suite is expected.
  • A degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (or other relevant/equivalent qualification) is essential.
  • Recently qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA and working towards full qualification is essential.
