Financial Operations Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support our client's business units in their financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support foreign exchange hedging activities and execute transactions for business units, ensuring alignment with company risk management strategies.
  • Prepare, review, and enhance cashflow forecasts and drive improvements in cash management processes, leveraging analytical skills to identify areas of optimization.
  • Monitor liquidity requirements across entities and execute money market transactions as needed, maintaining a keen eye on cash flow dynamics.
  • Conduct balance sheet analysis to inform risk management strategies, providing insights that support business growth.
  • Maintain and develop treasury procedures, ensuring best practices are embedded and regulatory compliance is maintained.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Previous experience in corporate treasury or financial operations, demonstrating expertise in financial systems and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance teams and business units, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Proficiency in recognized Treasury Management Systems and Microsoft Office tools.
