Financial Services Administrator Opportunity

Honeycomb is assisting a prominent Finance Solutions company to recruit for a Financial Services Administrator to support their operations in Ireland. The role is full-time and permanent, with four days of remote work and one day in Belfast.

The Client has been established for over 30 years, experiencing a growth phase and now operating across the island of Ireland and the UK. They provide finance solutions to clients in the financial services and insurance markets. This role will contribute to their operation in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the operations, sales, and senior management teams.
  • Interact with clients, insurance brokers, and accountants in a professional manner.
  • Participate in additional projects as required.
  • Effectively manage emails, ensuring prompt action.
  • Respond to telephone calls appropriately.
  • Comply with relevant legislation related to data protection and confidentiality.
  • Participate fully in training to understand and progress through all operations processes.
  • Perform other duties deemed necessary by the Line Manager and Directors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to take instructions and participate in ad-hoc projects.
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
