Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and profitability.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to take ownership of financial planning and analysis, cost centre controlling and inventory reporting. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to support operational decision making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost reductions, as well as partner with stakeholders to identify and implement productivity opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions;
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including budget vs actual comparisons and variance analyses;
  • Analyse production costs and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with capital project controllers to report on capital spend and forecast to complete against budgets;
  • Assist in providing financial support for investment decision making on new technologies, capital purchases, operational efficiency projects, and other special requests;
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Accounting or Finance (or equivalent qualification);
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA (or equivalent qualification);
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP FICO and Excel;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence a variety of personnel across the organization;
  • Analytically minded, with proven ability to own and solve problems;
