About the Role

We are seeking a MedTech sales professional with extensive knowledge of the Irish healthcare system. You will be responsible for conveying technical details and supporting evidence across various stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualifying Opportunities: Identify customer needs, buying influences, and decision makers to drive business growth.
  • Health Economics Expertise: Develop compelling health-economic arguments to engage stakeholders beyond clinical areas using internal data.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track customer activity and opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your pipeline, reporting quarterly to regional sales managers.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights, disseminate throughout the organization, and prepare effective presentations.
Requirements
  • A proven sales professional with experience selling to the HSE and carrying clinical experience within the HSE.
  • Demonstrate commercial credibility through price/value discussions and negotiations.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • A personable, friendly, outgoing, and ambitious individual who can convey health economic, financial, and clinical benefits.
  • Engage with all levels of clinical and management staff.
  • Research and identify critical/topical issues affecting key customers.
  • A valid driving license and flexibility to attend meetings and conferences.
