Strategic Private Equity Fund Operations Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Private Equity Fund Administration Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily fund operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in private equity fund administration, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage daily fund operations, including cash flow management, investor reporting, and accounting functions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including adherence to financial regulations and industry standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
- Proven experience in private equity fund administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
