Private Equity Fund Administration Vice President Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Private Equity Fund Administration Vice President. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of closed-ended and semi-closed-ended private equity and debt funds.
Job Responsibilities:
This role involves a range of responsibilities, including:
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, audit, and reporting functions for a portfolio of funds;
- Coordinating with investors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate capital calls, distributions, and investor financial reports;
- Developing and implementing solutions to eliminate manual processes and reduce risk;
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute control frameworks and procedures;
Requirements:

- The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities;
- Dedication to doing the right thing and taking ownership of tasks;
- Data literacy and understanding of private market structures;
