Private Equity Fund Administrator

As an AVP Private Equity Investor Relations professional, you will be responsible for performing administration services for private equity and real estate funds. This role involves leading a team of supervisors and admins, maintaining shareholder registers, and communicating with investors.
Key Responsibilities- Process subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and transfers
- Communicate with investors and meet expectations of fund participants
- Manage data and records, update investor records, and assist auditors and other fund participants
You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including fund managers, investors, and service providers.
Required Skills and QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with 7+ years of experience in investor relations. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and strong communication skills are essential.
