This is a senior engineering position focusing on technical excellence and innovation within the medical devices industry.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of best practices in product/process performance.
  • Drive employee engagement through effective support structures.
  • Lead design, development, testing & refinement of systems and components.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to engineering personnel.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Level 8 Honours Degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • 6+ years manufacturing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Advanced Degree desired (Masters or PhD).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Essential Skills:**

  • Thermal spray coatings or related deposition technologies.
  • Materials science experience.
  • Automated manufacturing and robotics expertise.
