Project Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project leader to lead the engineering aspects of a transformative new project involving innovative materials and cutting-edge production equipment.

  • Develop a new manufacturing centre, separate from current operations, including installation of primary equipment and establishment of essential supporting infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in materials engineering, equipment installation, and infrastructure development, with strong project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and oversee design, planning, and installation of primary manufacturing equipment.
  • Implement and monitor quality control standards and safety protocols.
  • Provide technical solutions and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with industry best practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Relevant experience in managing manufacturing equipment installations and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of innovative materials and manufacturing technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
