Project Development Expert

The development of a new manufacturing centre is a key strategic initiative that requires the expertise of a seasoned professional. As a Project Development Expert, you will lead the engineering aspects of this transformative project and oversee its successful execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and designing primary manufacturing equipment to meet the needs of our growing business
  • Coordinating the development of infrastructure for the new centre, ensuring timely project milestones are met
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth
  • Implementing quality control standards and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Providing technical solutions and support throughout the project lifecycle

In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including document management, scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping. You will also support long-term capital plans and strategic investment decisions.

Eligible candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) and relevant experience in managing manufacturing equipment installations and infrastructure projects. They should also have strong knowledge of innovative materials and manufacturing technologies, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar.
