Job Title:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to drive the success of our projects and improve our manufacturing processes.

  • About the Role:
  • This position will oversee significant engineering projects, ensuring quality and process improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will possess technical leadership skills and a broad knowledge of manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver engineering projects through project management offices.
  • Ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
  • Own and improve first-pass yield and material review board processes.
  • Continuously optimize process performance.
  • Optimize floor space usage.
  • Support technology development and application within manufacturing.
  • Implement lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Contribute to process development and cost reduction activities.
  • Participate in system and process troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Able to provide technical leadership and direction to teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Process improvement orientation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Technological expertise and ability to source and implement technological advances.
  • Decision-making and negotiation skills.
