We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Dungannon, Tyrone. The role is responsible for developing and implementing effective manufacturing processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating across departments to ensure operational excellence.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Plan, coordinate and implement efficient production methods for sub-components and final assemblies.
  • Develop and manage nesting and Bill of Materials (BOM) strategies.
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and tooling.
  • Manage project activities, including risk assessments, resource planning, and cost control.
  • Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement root cause fixes.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.

  • Experience in Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
