Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned maintenance professional to lead our manufacturing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all technical and maintenance activities in support of production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and coordinating all technical and maintenance activities in support of production
  • Applying effective methods of preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure resource deployment is effective and efficient
  • Developing and tracking departmental KPIs to measure equipment and maintenance performance
  • Championing asset condition management through the use of new technologies to maximise uptime and identify signs of early failure
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering degree (Level 8) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or recognised equivalent
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in an Engineering / Maintenance Leadership role, preferably within the Life Science, Medical Device and / or Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Experience or Qualification in Reliability Engineering an advantage
