Manufacturing Lead

We are inviting applications for a Manufacturing Lead role, focused on leading the engineering aspects of a transformative new project involving innovative materials and cutting-edge production equipment.

The project will involve the development of a new manufacturing centre, including the installation of primary equipment and the establishment of essential supporting infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in materials engineering, equipment installation and infrastructure development, with strong project management capabilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Research and oversee the design, planning, and installation of primary manufacturing equipment.
  • Coordinate infrastructure development to support the new manufacturing centre.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Implement and monitor quality control standards and safety protocols.
  • Provide technical solutions and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document management, scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Support the development of long-term capital plans and contribute to strategic investment decisions.
  • Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with industry best practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Relevant experience in managing manufacturing equipment installations and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of innovative materials and manufacturing technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the EU, fluent English, both written and spoken.
