Mid-Market Solution Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our Presales Digital team as a Mid-Market Solution Consultant. This role involves providing technical and business solution consultancy during the presales process in support of direct sales forces and partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving;
  • Ability to assist digital sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery;
  • Participation across the sales lifecycle for acquiring new customers;
  • Capability to provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners;
  • Demonstration expertise of products both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers;
  • Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintenance of demonstration environments;
  • Scoping and delivering proof of concept/proof of value engagements with prospects;
  • Response to request for information/proposal documents;
  • Staying current on product developments/releases to levels required for demo and POC/POV;
  • Supporting marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.;
  • Understanding business and technical problems addressed by products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.;
  • Conducting transition briefings in conjunction with sales and professional services - communicating commitments and expectations for deployment;
  • Acting as ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.
Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced individual who can effectively integrate artificial intelligence into our clients' workflows. As a Mid-Market Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical and business solution consultancy during the presales process. This involves working closely with our direct sales force and partners to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.

Key responsibilities include assisting digital sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery, participating across the sales lifecycle for acquiring new customers, and providing mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for demonstrating products both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, generating product demo scripts and scenarios, and maintaining demonstration environments.
