Visual Merchandising Leader

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our visual presentation efforts.
- Deliver outstanding visual propositions that showcase the brand's image and values
- Collaborate with store management to create visually appealing displays and window displays
- Develop and maintain a strong eye for detail and stay up-to-date with current and future design trends
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills in design, colour, and style
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high-performing visual merchandising team to drive sales and provide an excellent customer experience
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment that promotes efficiency and productivity
As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for creating a visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand's image and values.
Requirements:- Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
