Key Performance Indicators Lead

The role of a Key Performance Indicators Lead involves providing strategic guidance to ensure seamless interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements across the organization. This includes maintaining reporting standards for multiple jurisdictions, leading cross-functional teams in implementing Basel III requirements, and developing automation solutions to optimize capital management processes.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Leading the development and implementation of key performance indicators across different jurisdictions.
  2. Maintaining and updating risk assessment frameworks to align with evolving regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and implement data-driven decision-making tools.
  4. Providing coaching and training to team members on process improvements and technical skills.
  5. Designing and implementing process flows and descriptions to support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:
This role requires an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills. Required qualifications include a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in financial services or consultancy, and experience in people management.
