As Director of Community Experience, you will foster a culture of warmth, hospitality and excellence among your team members.

- Implement social media campaigns to grow the community.
- Manage a team of Sauna Hosts.
Responsibilities
This role requires proven experience in community building, hospitality or wellness-related roles. You should have exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people and be a community builder - people-centric, with the ability to integrate and forge strong personal and organisational relationships in the community.
Benefits
