Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technical Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence in our data center environments. This role will be at the forefront of maintaining mission-critical infrastructure, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring uninterrupted service for our customers through strategic management and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead shift technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality operational standards
  • Oversee multiple data center availability zones, implementing strategic infrastructure management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that enhance facility efficiency and performance
  • Operate and manage critical systems including power distribution, generators, cooling infrastructure, and monitoring systems
RequirementsBasic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams in mission-critical technical environments
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale technical services
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data Center Engineering Experience
  • Experience in mission-critical operations environment (e.g. power facility, high technology manufacturing, healthcare, aviation maintenance, oil and gas)
