About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious sales manager to take on the responsibility of moving our Joe Duffy Volkswagen Navan business to the next level. The role requires strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in motor sales management. As a fast-paced business with a hands-on approach, you will be expected to lead by example, drive profitability, and improve customer and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading a long-established, experienced sales team, developing our people, and the business. Assessing dealership sales performance, enhancing sales processes, increasing revenues, and driving best practices across the sales department. Coaching the sales team to achieve and exceed financial goals, sharing ambition for further success, and working closely with manufacturer partners to exceed their aspirations.
Requirements:
Extensive sales management experience at manufacturer or retail level. Ability to assess dealership sales performance, enhance sales processes, increase revenues, and drive best practices across the sales department. Influential, analytical, and motivational leadership skills to develop our people and the business.
