We are seeking an accomplished Program Director to assume a leadership role within a leading Biopharmaceutical organization based in Louth, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management of selected projects within the site's portfolio, focusing on process improvement, new system delivery and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects in Drug Product specialism.
  • Apply project execution methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum to resolve business challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Resolve issues and escalate risks to stakeholders promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6+ years industry experience with at least 4 years working in a project management capacity.
  • Experience in applying project execution methodologies efficiently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software platforms.
  • Leadership experience in matrix project teams across various functions.
  • MPS/Operational Excellence Green belt certification is highly valued.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
Desirable Experience & Qualification
  • Previous experience in Vaccines, Biologics or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environments would be beneficial.
  • Project management qualifications, e.g. PMP certification, are advantageous.
