Job Overview

The Strategic Lead for Large-Scale Initiatives plays a critical role in driving the success of global customer-facing projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, with experience aligning cross-functional teams towards shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale strategic initiatives across global customer bases
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, risk, and GTM teams
  • Monitor progress, surface issues, and ensure high-quality execution
  • Build and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to ensure accountability and transparency
  • Facilitate alignment, resolve ambiguity, and unblock dependencies across internal teams and field stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years in program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, with ability to align product, engineering, risk, and GTM teams
  • Robust analytical skills, with ability to derive strategic insights from data
  • Experience with tools for tracking and reporting progress
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interface with executive-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

A background in fintech, financial services, payments, or regulated technology environments would be beneficial. Experience designing enablement programs and managing hybrid teams is also desirable.
